Reasonable place and its welcoming
Pros:

External sounds and even movements, its like your door is open.
Bar down stairs stayed open till the wee hours and the loudness affected my sleep.

Pros:

It was perfectly situated to our activity. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even made us a special early breakfast @5:30 in the morning

Cons:

The bar bow is very noisy. Parking is safe with a guard through the night however no allocated parking for residents, and the visitors to the bar takes up all the parking and almost have to leave my vehicle in the street for the night.

Too noisy, not child friendly and rooms need to be fumigated

Cons:

The noise. Every day for 4 nights we only fell also after 2pm. I’m the Friday and Saturday night we didn’t sleep at all due to loud music and people drinking and making a noise. The pub area at the hotel doesn’t seem to close. Cars are revving and burning tyres in the car park where guest cars are parked. Roaches running on the table and bathroom. Will not recommend especially if you have children.

Did not meet my expectations at all. Dont recommend this place

Cons:

Images are deceiving, we were not familiar with the area. Images is not a true reflection of the hotel. The bar was dodgy, food not up to scratch. The room was not properly cleaned, had a dusty, musty smell. Bathroom was way too small. We had cockroaches visit us on both nights of our stay with one finding its way into my bag. We didnt even bother to eat breakfast there.

It least as a four star, there should be some spoons or plates in the kitchen. Bathroom must have a handle that helps to hold on or hang your toiletries.
