Pros:

The location was great with beautiful scenery, perfect place to relax, the facilities in the property were great with so many activities and game nights scheduled, ample hiking trails fit for everyone and the hiking map was easy to follow, the overall cleanliness of the property was really good, the staff were friendly and the food was divine with variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

That there was no bar fridge in the room, couldn’t request for an iron to the room, hiking trail signages could be improved and fly repellent fans/nets or something required on the salads/starters.

Everything! I wish I stayed for longer, 2 nights is not long enough. Walking trails out the back door, bunny rabbits, comfortable rooms, warm and welcoming bar area, noticeable improvements to the decor in the past 100yrs. I had a chalet, too much for 1 person but I still loved it. Take note - the rooms are full board, the chalets self catered so either bring food to cook or prepare to pay 💰 for buffet.

Breathtaking views and excellent facility with buffet meals that are very good and tasty.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Food variety and quality exceptional. Breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff is very well trained and friendly. Recreation areas beautiful and quiet. Absolutely worth visiting

Cons:

Bathroom needs updating. Shower small and door a bit worn out. It seemed to be a lovely bathroom but for another decade. However it is clean and presentable.
