Cons:

There was no lift and we were staying on the 3rd floor. On the second day, the cleaner asked us to leave early because she wanted to clean, so we had to wake up early even though it wasn’t our checkout day. The bathroom was also too small.
We had problems with the following:
- No plates provided
- The telephone was not working
- Staff with bad attitudes
- The sink stopper was not working properly
- The fridge had no storage trays inside

The place is very safe and accommodating but not hygienic.

The staff so friendly and helpful

Cons:

The place was dirty , it looks like they using the very same cloth that they used to clean , to wipe the dishes, we couldn’t even use a microwave it was so dirty aswell as the cuttlery.
