Pros:

Excellent stay, value for money.
Pros:

Reasonable prices that are reflected online remained the same when I booked, no additional costs. The property is clean and secured.

Cons:

The parking space that is not considerate of guests leaving earlier, some guests block the way and do not wake up early to remove their cars.

It was okay.
Pros:

Standard sized room with one family room which were comfortable. Quiet and safe location.

Cons:

Firstly the water was cold and some of us had to boil the water to fill the bathtub inorder to take a bath.
Secondly the rooms were moldy as a result the paint was coming off the walls and the ceiling which makes it look untidy. The blankets were dirty and smelly and some on the linen was not clean, it had stains. Thirdly the staff on site did not wake up to our calling when needing assistance. Lastly the TV in room 14 was not working and the remotes in all 3 of our rooms were not working, the wifi did not work on any of our devices.

It was fair the hot water running out and the cold room is really not pleasant
