Pros:

Very clean and neat and was perfect for our family for a one night stay

It was nice to stay there, there wereo disturbences though we spend most of our time at the church.

Morning. I liked everything in the room. If you can add the microwaven that will be nice.

Morning. The carpet on the passage was very dirty, when you enter the block it doesn't smell nice. There were cockroaches in our room.

Enjoyed the stay but could not work from the room.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the beds were clean, but the cockroaches, black mould in the bathroom, and dirty extractor fan made the overall stay disappointing.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was also in an unhygienic condition, with visible black mould in the grout. The bathroom extractor fan was particularly disgusting and appeared to be heavily soiled and poorly maintained.

Considering the condition of the room and bathroom, I do not feel that the accommodation met a reasonable standard of cleanliness or hygiene
