Cons:

My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in.. they should be punctual with time ... bathroom mirrors where dirty, bathroom tiles need strong detergent to remove dark spots and rust stains under the pipe connector

Food were of utmost best and enjoyed it very much

Cons:

No mini fridge in rooms. Struggled to keep my insulin cold without a mini fridge, which can be found in any budget type hotel so one would have expected this basic utility to be in your room with this higher rated hotel
