Will use it again in future.
Pros:

Front desk morning shift Very helpful and friendly.
Manager will assist.
Clean comfortable beds. Lovely big hot shower.

Cons:

A living in lady stayed next to the outside pool area with a baby. She complained about us enjoying ourself at the pool. While her baby was keeping us up from 5am until.........with crying. Think she needs to be moved from outside enjoying area.

Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

The staff, especially the woman working that evening . And the room we booked and paid for didn't have a working TV, we were told in the middle.of the evening that we had to move our vehicle for other guest to park , and that woman working there wanted to give us a room of lower standard than the one we paid for.

Pros:

I really like the Padel Club and the Pool. those were really nice and the rooms looked very good. I also liked the location and proximity to the Old Biscuit mill.

Cons:

Housekeeping never cleaned my room, the receptionist wasn't helpful as well. He couldn't even get me clean towels.

Not a vibe.
Pros:

I liked the dimmer lights as an option in the room.

Cons:

I did not like that there was no bathroom window.
The first room we booked had the shower come apart after we tried to use it. Then once moved to our new room we found that there was no bathroom window which we did not like one bit. We could not change rooms again so we were stuck with this extreme inconvenience. Needless to say the bathroom flooded after showering and using the toilet was unpleasant.
