Cons:

The staff was not the best the lady lied and didn't know much about anything . Now I been her before but this night was a shit show. Forgot my key in the room I told her to check for a master key with all the others, she told me someone else, who is also working with her, who went to lunch has all the master keys, just to call me in a 1hr and half showing my the key is where I told it is. Didn't have hot water , and they didn't clean my room. Was not the best

for the price of the room it was an overall good experience
Pros:

They offered safe parking which was a relief. The service at the front desk was efficient and the room was neat and tidy upon arrival.

Cons:

The kettle and plugs did not work in the room which was a huge inconvinience. The bathroom window was badly broken and was covered with sellotape if im not mistaken. The staff at the front desk could of also been abit more informative regarding how things work if you leave and come back.

I will not return.
Cons:

I was cold. I mean really cold. And 3 days in a row requested an additional blanket for the nights as the rooms are not heated nor heaters provided. This is a budget hotel so i get it.
BUT the staff simply IGNORED these requests and said blanket never provided even by the 4th and final night stay.
It was noisy, but this is the visitors, not the hotel's problem.

Definitely would go back
Pros:

It was really clean, the staff was super helpful.It was good value for our money,close to alot of food places and shops.It was not noisy and I just enjoyed it.

Cons:

It was perfect no complaints besides the shower turned cold and had no hot water after a while.
