Pros:

From arriving staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and comfy. TV didn't work and wifi was slow. There is no food that is a let down and a pain to have to order food in.

The place is good but no heating system, no elevator and WiFi was limited to reception area only

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that air-conditioner was not working, completely broken, no elevator to the third floor, and wifi was limited to reception area only.
