There's a Xhosa speaking guy who was on duty on the 10th of October 2026 in the morning. Give him a raise, he was such great help and helped with a smile and willingness. He loves his job. I just forgot his name.

Cons:

I will be honest because I want you to improve. So please do not take this as an offense, but I think the floors are were not properly cleaned. Maybe mopping them everyday will do. Also the toilet in the room smelled a bit uriny. Please dont take this in a bad way. Otherwise, SUN 1 is one of the best, affordable hotel that I like booking into when I am in PE and Bloemfontein. Whenever, I travel to a city, I search for it and it becomes my 1st choice, unless its not there then I book in other hotels.
