Igénytelen szállás, felháborító vendégkommunikáció

A szoba egyszerű, a falakon a legapróbb nesz is áthallazszott, a felszereltség nem felel meg a három csillagos szállodai standardnek. A legnagyobb probléma az vokt, hogy a szobámat nem takarították ki az érkezésem előtt, a szőnyeg koszos volt, az ágyneműn és a fürdőben szőrszálak, a wc-ben pedig állt az ürülék. Amikor jeleztem a recepción, a recepciós 2 dokgot mondott: what do you want? és it's okay. Amikor mondtam, hogy nem ok és takarítást kérek, mert ez elfogadhatatlan, annyit mondott, hogy full house van, nincs másik szoba és kiment. Nem ajánlott fel semmilyen megoldást, nem kért elnézést. Elfogadhatatlan, senkinek sem ajánlom ezt a szállást.

Pros:

Hôtel très accueillant, à l'extérieur du centre, mais bien relié par les transports en commun. Parking gratuit sur place. Chambre agréable très propre. Excellente étape.

Nic se mi nelíbilo. Tomuto zařízení se budu obloukem vyhýbat

Vybydlený pokoj, smradlavá koupelna, nepříjemný personál v restauraci - už jsem dlouho nic tak hrozného nezažil.

Dala som si vo filri iba hotely s raňajkami a hodilo mi túto možnosť že sú raňajky v cene, avšak neboli.

Die Verkehrsverbindungen waren gut

Cons:

Das Hotel stimmt in keinster Weise mit den Bildern auf Booking überein. Entweder mit KI überarbeitet oder es sind 30 Jahre alte Bilder.
Staub und Spinnweben im ganzen Zimmer. Lediglich der beißende Geruch nach Essigreiniger am Vormittag im Hotelflur sprach dafür das überhaupt irgendwas gereinigt wurde.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen dieses Hotel!

Nette Rezeptionistin; gute Anbindung ins Zentrum, Bus vor Hotel u. Tram 200m entfernt; preis - leistung passt.

Cons:

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen u etwas muffiger Geruch im Zimmer...
Frühstück: Kaffee nicht gut, sonst passabel
