Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Dostępny duży parking na tyle obiektu. Bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą hotelu.
Obiekt zgodny z przedstawioną na stronie oferta. Możliwość samodzielnego check-in (recepcja czynna w godzinach 14-21)

Cons:

- Śniadanie: przy większym obłożeniu hotelu brakowało miejsca w porze śniadaniowej i produkty nie były uzupełniane na bieżąco.
- Bardzo niewygodny i wąski przejazd na parking - przy szerszym aucie może być to niedogodność.

אהבנו שהמלון בוטיק במבנה לשימור. את החדר והמקלחת,הצוות היה מעולה ושרותי,חניה,ארוחת בוקר מספקת והקפה טוב מאוד.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר יותר מגווונת, לא היה מבחר. חסרה תאורה קבועה במסדרון.

Ok. But get a place closer to Poprad rather than stay here as you’ll need to pay for taxis
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Shower was good.Internet was fine.

Cons:

TV didn’t have any paid channels just basic so couldn’t watch the World Cup. Receptionist who checked us in didn’t really provide us with adequate information about the surrounding areas and where to visit/or see or how travel to Tatras. All in all, I wasn’t happy with how she checked us in.
