The New Hotel Mediteran - VILLA Edition

Great location - bit away from busy area and on elevation so quieter, but at same time beach, old town, restaurants reachable on foot in few minutes. Our room had good view.
Good rich, buffet type breakfast, and they offered normal bean coffee (same week we stayed in kind of similar hotels in Budva and Tivat - only instant coffee there :/ )

From the moment that we arrived at hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Guest representative (Front Desk) made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was professional, helpful ,kind and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.The location is perfect and we will be returning again.

Це було неперевершено! Я була вражена розміром комплексу ,все чисто, охайно, продумано. 2 великих басейнів 1 з яких з підігрівом. Якість обслуговування дуже висока, весь персонал чудовий, видно що професіонали в своїй праці, дуже уважні та любʼязні.
Номер фантастичний, зручний охайний, балкон з видом на море. Враження залишились просто найкращі. Сервіс найкращий ціна дуже приємна. Дякую

Wonderfully exceeded our expectations!

How can I even start? From the staff, the hospitality, to every little detail of our stay, it was simply perfect. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it looked exactly like the photos. One thing that really caught my attention was the power outlet: they have the same type used in the Middle East (photo shared), which made charging our phones so easy without needing to bring a portable adaptor. It’s something rare to find in Europe!

The design of the villa was amazing, the view was fantastic, and the service was beyond excellent. The cleaning ladies did a great job, tidy and respectful, never touching our things even if we forgot to put them in the locker. The location is also ideal: close to the beach and markets, easily reachable on foot.

Now about the staff, absolutely super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The security guy (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was the first to greet us, helping with our bags, welcoming us with a smile and jokes, and immediately putting us in a good mood. The reception team was honestly the best we’ve encountered during our whole trip. They made us feel like home, like we were among our own people. Every day they surprised us with small gestures from the hotel, always greeted us warmly, and were available 24/7. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and activities to do. They even offered to arrange taxis for us (though we had already arranged one ourselves), and still, their care was much appreciated.

When it was time to leave, three reception team members came to help with our luggage, making sure we were safe and comfortable. They even brought us bottled water for our taxi ride. And just before we left, Suzana came with an unforgettable gift, such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly left us speechless.

Really nice room with a beautiful view of the pool and bay. A great pool area that was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Really good breakfast offering as well. I liked the location being a bit further out from the town and within walking distance of the coastline to the south of ulcinj, which is really pretty. The staff were a highlight for sure, we arrived early and we were able to use the pool area, they helped organise a great taxi driver and when I told them it was my fiance's birthday they went above and beyond and filled our room with balloons, candles and fresh flowers which made her day really special!
