Great Location, outstanding price, in the middle of everything.
Pros:

No breakfast on site, but they have a deal with a breakfast place across the street, free pancake breakfast or discount of 20% on a buffet.

Cons:

Gave me a coffee maker and coffee cups but no coffee or coffee accessories.

Pros:

This was our 3 rd year staying here for our anniversary. We have no complaints at all. We love the location. The staff, the cleanliness. Everything about it.

Pros:

I liked that we was able to have separate rooms for privacy. I liked having sink outside the bath and toliet area to speed up process of getting ready.

Cons:

I didnt like shared balconies. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Pros:

The location was great. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. You can watch the ducks and geese from across the river. The covered parking was a plus. I have mixed feelings about the breakfast. The breakfast was not on site but located at a restaurant down the road. It’s free pancakes, but you can upgrade to all you can eat buffet.

Cons:

I did not like that the balconies were shared with another room. I felt like I was a little rushed to check out. When we were talking our belongings down the staff asked several times if we were done in the room and we still had more than an hour till checkout time. We rented a two room suite and it was not as a picture showed. There was only one AC to cool the entire suite. The room by the front door was so hot.
The room could have been a little cleaner. We found hair in the sheets and sink.

Nice Surprise
Pros:

The view on the mountain side was great. We could see Patriot Park, the river, the mountains, and the strip. The room was huge. We had a one king bed room with a hot tub, and we also loved the hot tub. It was nice have our room cleaned even the 2nd day and new towels. So many of the chain motels will not do your room if you stay multiple days. This one does.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was not having an outdoor pool. I wanted to get out and get a little sun. This is not the fault of the property. I should have read closer. The indoor pool would be perfect if it is bad or cool weather.

For a two bedroom only one air conditioner to keep both rooms cool. If you shut the door to the second bedroom it got very hot in there
