Overall, very good stay in Sapa Hatel due to the price, location, and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location, good breakfast, nice beds, nice size, small balcony

Cons:

The picture shows with Mountain View and I also confirmed via Agoda chat but no Mountain View was given.

Excellent staff and service and would highly recommend!!!
Pros:

Mr. Dao is vey accommodating. The way he treated us is like family. Great breakfast. My family enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

Amazing short stay in Sapa
Pros:

The view of the room was amazing. Location is so near to the train station to go to Fansipan. Staff is very accommodating and always trying to help in anyway they can. Even pack breakfast the last morning for us as we had to leave early. With a smile. Please arrange hotel transfer ahead with a small fee to avoid getting stuck in bus station. Please leave a review as review helps others.

Before anything, Hotel manager was outstanding ( forgot his name). Such a kind man who cares about his guests as if we are part of his family. Great hotel great location perfect rooms, everything just walking distance.

Perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Sapa. Will recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

Even though it is a budget hotel, you can say they are giving the best quality of service for their guests. They allowed us early checkin. The room and the view are clean and really nice. The location is also perfect if you want to roam around Sapa Center. One more highlight is their breakfast-it is really great and perfect. Upon checkout, uncle also gave us biscuits and water.
