Pros:

Location is nice, less than 10 minutes walking distance to public transport station. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Toilet was flooded whenever after shower.

Great place to rest.
Pros:

Room was great, clean, in a quiet area with good amenities close by. Within a short walk to a main MRT line, the busy areas were easily accessible.

Pros:

The location is easy to get to from the bts station Pra Phanong The bed is comfortable and good air con. Really good T.V station for foreigners with a lot of choice...
7/11 is fairly close.

Cons:

Basic room very basic. No fridge and quite small but decent for the price
Room looks a bit worn out and could do with a better clean.
The area is in the back streets which is dark and can seem a bit creepy at night.

Good location close to BTS. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room was quire small and not much furnished. Adding a water boiler, a cup, some water and some instant coffee would have been nice.

Fantastic stay and would love to stay again here.
Pros:

Staff was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and warm. I actually booked and stayed here for 5 nights overall (separate bookings). Did that because rooms were clean, AC was great (I tend to feel super hot), meal options from the kitchen were good. The staff were super accomodating of my luggage storage and even early check-in requests. Loved my stay here.

Cons:

No negatives at all.
As a suggestion though- if you could add shower curtains, that would be awesome!
