I had to cut my stay short so I can get some sleep.
Pros:

Location is okay. The cat is super cute. The day staff are okay.

Cons:

I was given the wrong keycard so I ended up opening a room with a sleeping half-naked man in the room. And we both freaked out for sure. The walls are too thin so I can hear when the doors are slammed and the nearby room's arguments.

Owner should show more appreciation to guests
Pros:

Good location. Value for money. Reception lady was lovely.

Cons:

The owner was NOT interested in any guest AT ALL. He couldn’t have cared whether you paid 20k for the room. He didn’t lift his head from his bloody iPad from watching whatever mind numbing rubbish he was watching even when my partner went over to say hi to his dog. ZERO acknowledgement. Don’t even look up. Everyone smoking weed from early morning apart from receptionist who was lovely.
