The service (except from the cleaning lady) and location
Room 404 was in a very deteriorated condition the air conditioning was leaking the bathroom door didn’t close the curtains were not at the size of the windows so you wake up very early because of the light and the smell was terrible and muddy i think it was from the leaking plus the cleaning lady did not clean at all no sheets changing no bathroom… just changed towels and emptied the trash.
Sehr gute Lage
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut – direkt an der Hauptstraße und dadurch gut erreichbar. Auch die Einrichtung des Hotels hat mir grundsätzlich sehr gefallen. Es wurde viel Wert auf Details gelegt und optisch macht das Hotel einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Zum einen der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer: Das Design sieht zwar modern aus, aber die Bedienung war überhaupt nicht intuitiv. Es hat lange gedauert herauszufinden, wie man ihn überhaupt öffnet – und anschließend war es genauso umständlich, ihn wieder richtig zu schließen.
Außerdem hat das Treppenhaus stark nach Toilette gerochen, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe.
Am meisten gestört hat mich allerdings die Preisgestaltung. Ich habe mir ein Mineralwasser (0,2 l) bestellt und dafür 72 türkische Lira bezahlt. Im Supermarkt kostet eine vergleichbare Flasche etwa 10 Lira. Das empfand ich als völlig überteuert und hatte insgesamt den Eindruck, dass im Hotel sehr stark versucht wird, zusätzliche Einnahmen zu erzielen.
Insgesamt ein optisch schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, aber einige Punkte beim Komfort und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sollten verbessert werden.
Mycket bra läge. Hotellets design var väldigt speciell och häftig. Modern inredning. Bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή στην καρδιά της Κωνσταντινούπολης
Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλό, πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό, ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.
Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική, πάνω στην Istiklal, στην καρδιά της πόλης, με άμεση πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, καταστήματα και μέσα μεταφοράς. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ζωντανό σημείο, το δωμάτιό μας διέθετε διπλά παράθυρα, με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καθόλου θόρυβος και να απολαμβάνουμε ήσυχο και ξεκούραστο ύπνο.
Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και συνέβαλε σε μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη διαμονή. Σε συνδυασμό με την εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, την καθαριότητα και την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών, το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει πραγματικά πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.
Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας στην Κωνσταντινούπολη.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de la calle Istiklal, con todo tipo de opciones para comer y tiendas cerca. Las instalaciones son muy modernas, con un diseño muy actual, el personal es atento y amable, el desayuno completo y variado. 100% recomendado

Отель очень понравился. Номер большой. Двойной стеклопакет что важно, и звука не было слышно совсем. Завтраки порадовали, очень вкусные. Рекомендую, добираться куда либо легко и просто рядом станция метро Таксим, в горку подниматься не надо по Истикляль идёшь вниз до отеля и все. Красота. Так что рекомендую
