Pros:

Дуже приємний персонал, чудово володіють англійською мовою. Смачні та різноманітні сніданки, локація — бомба! Дуже зручно добиратись та поруч багато памʼяток та магазинів.

Cons:

Деякі номери чуть потерті та були невеликі проблеми з сантехнікою.

Расположение отеля, неплохой завтрак (за исключением кофе), отличный персонал

Cons:

Кофе на завтраке из аппарата просто ужасен.
Рычаг на смесителе в ванной стильный, но им очень неудобно пользоваться.
Одна из двух кроватей была с продавленным матрасом.

Baño muy pequeño y estrecho en una habitación suite. Con un mini armario para colocar la ropa y tan solo 4 perchas . No se entiende esas estrecheces en un hotel semejante con la habitación escogida

Amazing location, close to Taksim square and public transport. Very good hotel, even though it is located on a very busy street, the rooms are quite. Rooms are clean and breakfast is outstanding! Vast variety of dishes, especially like the squashed eggs. Again location is amazing, Galata tower is approximately 15 minutes walk, bus stop 5 minutes walk. Recommend this hotel for both vacation and work trip.

Super hôtel, emplacement parfait
Pros:

Tout c’est super bien passé, l’hôtel est très jolie, bien équipé et le personne est très efficace et agréable (mention spéciale à Dogan à la réception)
Nous avons apssse un séjour très agréable et reviendrons sans hésitation si nous retournons à Istanbul !

Hotel di design in stile industrial super comodo al centro e ai mezzi pubblici
Pros:

Location a due passi dal corso principale del quartiere Beyoglu e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Taksim da cui partono metro, tram, bus e funicolare (che portano ai punti piu’ importsnti della citta’). Ambiente curato, di design in stile industrial . Colazione ricca a buffet. Staff giovane disponibile e gentile.

Мы с большим удовольствием остановились в The Public Hotel в Стамбуле. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления: прекрасное расположение, стильные, уютные и очень чистые номера, комфортная атмосфера и внимание к каждой детали. Здесь действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем.

Но больше всего хочется отметить сотрудников отеля. Особую благодарность хочу выразить Вейси. С самого первого дня нашего приезда и до самого выезда он окружал нас искренней заботой и вниманием. Он всегда был невероятно доброжелательным, вежливым, отзывчивым и готовым помочь в любой ситуации. Любая наша просьба решалась быстро и с улыбкой. Благодаря Вейси мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями отеля, а по-настоящему желанными людьми. Такой высокий уровень сервиса и человеческого отношения встречается очень редко.

Также искренне благодарим Догана. Он тоже был очень вежливым, внимательным и всегда готовым помочь. Его доброжелательность и профессионализм сделали наше пребывание ещё более приятным.

Огромное спасибо всей команде The Public Hotel, а особенно Вейси и Догану, за их профессионализм, искреннюю заботу и великолепное отношение к гостям. Если мы снова приедем в Стамбул, то без малейших сомнений выберем именно этот отель.
