Просторный номер с интересным дизайном.
Pros:

Понравился дизайн номера, как всё продумано. Минимализм. Пространство. Заселили немного раньше, как и просила. Световые решения.

В целом, отель оставил хорошее впечатление, но сервису есть куда расти.
Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле проездом расположение действительно очень удобное для тех, кто в пути.

Отдельно хочется отметить дизайн: интерьер продуман до мелочей, выглядит стильно и современно. Приятный бонус включены вода, кофе и чай, что добавляет комфорта. Матрасы невероятно удобные, спать было одно удовольствие. Также порадовала хорошая шумоизоляция несмотря на близость к трассе, в номере тихо. И блэкаут-шторы отдельный плюс для полноценного отдыха.

Cons:

Из минусов работа администратора при подтверждении брони. Диалог выглядел примерно так:
«Драсте, вы бронировали отель. Будете?»

Честно, это звучит очень небрежно и не создаёт ощущения сервиса.

Как по мне, это можно легко улучшить, например:
«Вітаю, вас турбує готель Road. Ви бронювали у нас номер. О котрій вас чекати? Дякую, ми на вас чекаємо!»

Такой формат общения сразу создаёт более приятное впечатление и помогает лучше организовать заселение.
