Comfortable stay, great service, and perfect location near the center of Lviv.
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel with my dog for a few days during our trip to Lviv and really enjoyed it. The communication was very pleasant, the staff replied quickly and were always helpful. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the hotel location is very convenient — close to the city center. Everything was great and we felt very welcome.

Cons:

Everything was good overall, no major issues during the stay.

Decidedly mediocre
Pros:

Good water pressure. Location was also positive and near shops and the centre of town.
Friendly cleaning staff.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly lumpy. Ihad to use the second duvet as a mattress topper and the room only had a tiny window for natural light.

No staff at reception at any point and there was a problem with the payment - which had to be done via an online transfer - and took a long time to get sorted.
