Dirty rooms and non English speaking staff
Cons:

Dirty rooms with hair all over the place. Also, the hotel supposed to host people coming for the cruises and yet they don't speak English!

It costs me to leave the deposit since no one I could talk to in English while the cruise time was approaching.

Seriously never recommending it !

Cons:

Khách sạn không có nước nóng để tắm, báo lễ tân rất rất nhiều lần nhưng không xử lý được cho khách, và cũng không đổi phòng khác cho khách. Gia đình tôi gồm 9 người, trong đó có rất nhiều trẻ con đã phải tắm nước lạnh trong suốt thời gian nghỉ tại đó. Tiền phòng vẫn thu đủ, không thiếu một đồng nào. Và cũng không có một lời xin lỗi khách hàng.

Location is good, car parking is good

Cons:

We do not like carpet in the hotel, little bit dirty. We do not like staff attitude, maybe they are tired due to high season of tourist but it looks no professional at all.
