Thang máy bỏ thang, chờ quá lâu gây khó chịu. Đã báo 1 gia đình đi 2 phòng cần xếp 1 tầng người nhận thông tin đã đồng ý nhưng cuối cùng khi đến lại nhận được 2 tầng khác nhau sau đó 1 đêm mới được đổi lại.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển nhiều nơi. Phòng view công viên sunworld, ban công rộng đẹp.
1. Thang máy chậm, thường xuyên bỏ tầng (nhiều lần đứng tầm 10-15' mới có thang).
2. Đặt 2 phòng đã lưu ý nhân viên trước khi đến là sắp xếp cùng tầng và đã nhận được phản hồi ok tuy nhiên khi đến được sắp xếp 2 tầng khác nhau di chuyển cực kỳ bất tiện (thang máy thường xuyên bỏ tầng).
3. Buffet sáng ít ỏi, không đa dạng, 8h sáng xuống thường không còn sự lựa chọn do đồ hết hoặc còn ít.
Phòng có view rất đẹp và thoáng. Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh.
Số lượng phòng nhiều, Số thang máy quá ít. Lượng khách đông và phải chờ thang máy quá lâu. Đường lên tầng gửi xe nguy hiểm và thiếu thiết bị cảnh báo. Trường hợp vừa có xe và xe xuống thì đường không đảm bảo.

遊び疲れた子供達もグズる事なくホテルに戻れました。
エレベーターの性能が良くなくて、朝食やチェックアウトの時間は多くのお客様が困っていました。非常階段を使うお客様が発生するぐらい、待だなければならないので、時間に余裕を持って行動する事と、上階、下階関係なく、到着したエレベーターに乗る事をお勧めします。

Good location. A bit of a weird smell in the room, like dank from not being aired out.
Breakfast was good and staff were lovely.
Unfortunately the noise of the beach club was so loud and didn’t stop until midnight which made it very difficult to sleep.
How loud the music was
