Cons:

Showers were bad!! Reported linkage no one attended to it...no towels,no spoons ,kettle ,iron is used by everyone in there -whenever we need it we had to wait for others to finish. We were moves from the so called "special room" after we requested to extend our days. When we asked we were told someone who comes there once in a while normally requests to be booked in that room so we had to move for whoever that was. They took our spoon and exchanged it ,had to leave that spoon there though they failed to provide us with spoons

The place was dirty, no hot water, bulb were not working, they gave us dirty pots to cook, the place is horrible

Happy but not overjoyed

The other guests were lovely, except for the ones that started the smoke by microwaving a chocolate with the wrapper.

Cons:

The power points by the beds don't have 2 pin adapters, so unless you know beforehand you need to bring your own. When I checked in, I asked the desk if I could do a late checkout, and he said it was fine. Come the morning, and he tells me I didn't ask, why would I make this up? Like, get your client service skills up, and don't make your clients feel like the victim. It was something I asked and even stated because I hurt my ankle and wanted to rest it a bit more. The bathroom shower curtain rail was also broken, so there was no curtain and water gets everywhere. Some sort of bedside lamp would also be useful, otherwise you have to disturb everyone with the main light on.

Pros:

They didnt complain about noise

Cons:

The fact that we need to beg for things like pots plates glass spoons and ect wherelse its a self catering. The pool was dirty. Our rooms where floors apart. The other room didnt have hot water in the bath

It was an average experience.greatly appreciate the lady who was on receiption on Sunday morning.
Pros:

It’s was convenient to where I was staying. Short trip for work however I was in a dome. It was noisy. But next time will know what to book for business or work

The bathrooms not up to standard.
