It was bad my stay was horrible
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

It’s dirty, there’s no cleaning chemicals, mopping mop and the stove is not working. But the stuff was friendly

ABSOLULETY NOTHING

Cons:

They gave me a different room, not the one i booked. DIRTY, GROSS, NO HOT WATER, NO COOKING FACILITIES, BEDROOM LIGHTS NOT WORKING, NO CUTLERY, NO NOTHING!
And no security at all. A creepy guest followed me to my room, entefdes without my permission and haressed me. Nothing was done about it, in fact, when i went to the reception to ask for help, it was CLOSED.
I had to leave immediatly fearing for my life, and they refused to give my money back.
WOSRT NIGHTMARE. DO NOT RECOOMEND TO ANYONE

The owners of that place needs to honestly take this business serious you can’t provide service at a place like that
Pros:

Wasted my money on booking this hotel, no fridge no microwave, no stove yet it is a self service. There was literally nothing in the room not even cutlery even a cup to drink water.

Cons:

The property needs a serious renovation, the was no water in the morning when we needed to bath not even cold water everything was broken, the taps were not working, the bed was broken, cupboards were broken too, the curtains were so dirty and smelling really bad I’m honestly disappointed

Unclean sheets
Unable to shower- no shower head.

Cleanliness. Housekeeping was timely and professional.

Cons:

No room heating, no basic stuff like handwashing liquid, cups, spoons, a kettle for boiling water to make tea cos there's no heater in the room? Inn and Out gives you just a bed. Also, there were a few cockroaches.
