The place is still clean but the standard has been dropped from put previous visits

Cons:

The plumbing needs work
The aircon needs servicing or something
The network is troublesome in spaces
The food can definitely be improved and less oil can be used
Looks like the latest technology in this vehicles doesn't confirm to the natural roads - maybe a creative intervention could be sought without interfering g toʻ much with the natural environment

Cons:

Mobile phone communication is poor and at times nonexistent. Although wifi is very good, for security reasons I prefer my private connectivity. Poor mobile connectivity will make me to consider whether to book again.

Overall had a good relaxing stay.
Pros:

Big shout out to Nkadimeng for arranging for us to get a room with a view of the mountain and pool!
I thoroughly enjoyed the game drive and the hike (15km was no joke). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Love loved my ribs and the cocktails!

Cons:

The chef overcooked the steak. It was very tough. I could not finish it.

Pros:

Breakfast was good but repeated alot off things

Cons:

The bathroom and shower not a good idea and not very clean the service of maintenance was not good asked them to fix lock on room 324 bathroom lock and no one attended to it not even following it up

Awesome service from the manager at breakfast buffet station .
Friendly security staff too

Cons:

There should be facilities/ provision for elderly / disabled.( eg grabrails in bath) or even a few room with walk - in showers .

Also the beautiful viewing deck is not sign posted; we discovered it by chance the morning g after we'd been looking for a suitable location in the hotel to view the rare Milky Way phenomenon, on night of June 15 .
