Excelente lugar, descanso asegurado, buen precio!
Pros:

Me encantó la calma, la habitación linda, el agua caliente precisa, nunca fallo, el personal demasiado amable, descansé muy bien … volveré de hecho!

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el tema de la piscina, volverla temperada, luz en camino por la noche al hotel y dar más opciones de desayunos pagando un costo adicional.

A mi familia y a mí nos encantó el personal, todos muy amables en especial el joven Juan de recepción, que siempre nos recibía con una gran sonrisa. El pisco muy bueno. El recorrido de las instalaciones muy buenas y los maravillosos árboles frutales y naturaleza en general dándonos la energía y la armonía que nos hacía falta. Tienen también una fotaga en la que hacen juegos y karaoke, nos encantó a todos los huéspedes que estuvimos, fue todo muy divertido. Genial el lugar, volveremos pronto 😊✨️✨️✨️

Cons:

Algo que no nos gustó mucho fue que los juegos para niños estaban muy abandonados, también había muchos mosquitos y nos hubiera gustado ingresar a la piscina, pero lamentablemente no estaba tan limpia como esperábamos, con estos comentarios espero que pronto puedan arreglar estos temas, por lo demás todo muy bien 👍.

Recomiendo cambiar de zona la Piscina

Como recomendación seria ideal que la piscina quede en otro lugar,dónde está actualmente está cerca a la cocina y al movimiento propio del restaurante,lo que no ayuda al relajo que se busca.

La atención y la simpatia del personal A1. Todos muy atentos, las instalaciones cómodas, limpias y sientes que estas en Ica, un ambiente muy eco! Nos encantó y las actividades que tienea es algo que le da una estrella adicional, nos divertimos mucho.
