Everything is to be changed.
Pros:

Nothing, a super noisy fitness club with music surely louder than a nightclub is finishing at 10pm and starting at 5am in the morning is right beside the hotel. If you want to have a party, please stay in this hotel. Otherwise, please run away as early as possible.

Cons:

When we complained about the noise the staff through the manager told us that if we were not happy, we could leave. Never seen such behaviours in 4 years living in Vietnam.
