Excelente limpieza e instalaciones, pero la atención del bar puede mejorar

El lugar es muy limpio y ordenado. Se nota el gran cuidado de las instalaciones, especialmente de la piscina y los espacios comunes. Todo estaba bien mantenido y agradable para descansar.

Cons:

La poca amabilidad del personal del bar. En ocasiones anteriores me había hospedado aquí y no existían problemas para llevar almuerzo o algún piqueo a la piscina. Esta vez hubo mala disposición y atención. Además, se daba prioridad a los visitantes de full day, dejando a los huéspedes esperando.

Me gusto los ambientes externos , la granja los niños felices con los animalitos .
La bodega muy completa y deliciosas degustaciones.

Cons:

El cuarto estuvo oliendo a barniz por la madera, los baños de las habitaciones son bien antiguos y descuidados, se me cayo el cargador por debajo de la cama altura de la cabecera habia telarañas , mayor limpieza profunda.
El desayuno americano no estuvo muy agradable el pan lo entregaron frio, los huevos revueltos no tenian sabor.
En el almuerzo el diomingo la carne de los platos estaba fria.

Pros:

Es una hacienda, un lugar para salir de la rutina, se respira paz y tranquilidad. El personal fue muy amable y la comida deliciosa. El precio del hospedaje es muy accesible y en ica todo es cerca.

La puerta de mi habitación presentaba un problema de cierre y la ducha de mi habitación se averió. Si bien las reparaciones se llevaron a cabo, la situación no fue la ideal, ya que tuve que desalojar mi habitación para permitir las reparaciones, las cuales se extendieron por un día.

Pros:

Wauw, twee hele mooie zwembaden, alle rust in de omgeving, mooie tuin en fijne ruime kamer. Wij hebben hier erg genoten!
Een zwembad is bij de bodega dus daar is het vrij druk. Aan de andere liggen alleen gasten van het verblijf, dus lekker rustig.
Toen wij er waren werd alles bijgehouden; de tuin, het zwembad, het terrein.
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geholpen om eten te laten bezorgen.
En dat voor deze prijs!

Cons:

Het ligt buiten het centrum, dus heerlijk voor de rust, maar op loopafstand weinig mogelijk.
