Las instalaciones, amplio, privado, buen restaurante.

Cons:

La limpieza del baño es terrible. La atención del restaurante del desayuno es muy básico, cero limpieza (mesa con polvo, tazas, cubiertos y vasos los dejan sobre las mesas desde hace dias atras y no los limpian. Las sillas sucias. El desayuno incluido es básico. Incluso la persona que atiende el desayuno sale a comprar pan del triciclo que pasa por la calle.

Pros:

Me encantó la amplitud de la habitación y la amabilidad de la gente que nos recibió en el hotel. También me gustó que sea una bodega y además que esté fuera del centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

No me gustó tener el interruptor del agua caliente fuera de la habitación ya que al hacer tanto frío, debías vestirte completamente por las mañanas para prenderlo. La calle de acceso al hotel está bastante accidentado.

No había agua caliente en la habitación, la cantidad de agua que salía de la ducha era muy pequeña, las almohadas no tenían funda que se cambie para cada cliente. Las sábanas se notaban que no eran limpias

Pros:

Our stay at the bodega was simply perfect. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, warm shower, AC, TV, mini fridge. The bodega in itself is extremely well maintained, a lot of people are cleaning every surfaces, taking care of the pools and the green spaces. They offer a free tasting of their (great) products and their act is actually very entertaining. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to answer your needs. Special mention to that sweet lady which offered us some hot tea and biscuits while we were waiting for our late night bus. We totally recommand.
