The room was beautiful with stunning sea views and a private outdoor jacuzzi. The location was excellent, the breakfast service was lovely, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The transfer arrangements and communication before arrival were also excellent.

Not a lot to offer for GF for my daughter. Had to go into town both nights for dinner. Pool area was hard to get beds for a family of 5, pool servers were a bit slower than we are used to. Pool cocktails ranged from $32 to $18 that we liked and as the days progressed the drinks started becoming smaller and smaller in the glasses because the bartender was running out of the tequilla and vodka for the drinks. Many of our drinks were 3/4 filled.
The property was absolutely stunning with breathtaking caldera and sunset views. The staff were warm, professional and extremely attentive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the beautiful room upgrade, luxurious atmosphere, spa experience and the excellent restaurant reservations arranged for me. Everything truly felt magical and memorable.
There was initially a misunderstanding regarding the private plunge pool temperature, however the team handled the situation professionally and did their best to resolve it quickly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Villaki. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire visit.
The room was beautiful and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the outdoor pool. It offered a perfect space to relax and take in the stunning surroundings, making our stay feel even more special.
The location in Oia was simply perfect—close to everything you could want while still feeling peaceful and private. It truly made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Oia!
