no es una experiencia de 5 estrellas
Pros:

las vistas son impresionantes
ubicacion muy buena
desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

estuvimos alojados en la habitación numero 39 para 3 personas
las paredes tenian humedades
la 3 cama para un adulto era un camastro enano (pagando 500e noche)
tuvimos que compartir entrada al porche con otra habitación por lo que la intimidad desaparece en un hotel que venden experiencia de lujo
la caja de seguridad no estaba anclada a la pared cualquiera se la podia llevar, por lo que no pudimos meter nada en la misma
cualquiera puede entrar en el hotel 0 seguridad (de hecho entra cantidad de gente a hacerse fotos sin ninguna tipo de control) por no comentar ademas que a los propios huéspedes se les persigue y se les llama la atención pensando que son gente ajena al hotel
pero lo peor fue que el primer dia tras dejarnos las maletas en la habitación el botones se plantó en mitad de la puerta exigiendo su propina ( que por cierto ya habiamos dado a su compañero) fue una llegada de lo mas desagradable
si quieres trato y experiencia de 5 estrellas este no es el sitio

Pros:

The room was beautiful with stunning sea views and a private outdoor jacuzzi. The location was excellent, the breakfast service was lovely, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The transfer arrangements and communication before arrival were also excellent.

Cons:

Nothing significant. My stay was very enjoyable.

location was great. Reception greeting was great.

Cons:

Not a lot to offer for GF for my daughter. Had to go into town both nights for dinner. Pool area was hard to get beds for a family of 5, pool servers were a bit slower than we are used to. Pool cocktails ranged from $32 to $18 that we liked and as the days progressed the drinks started becoming smaller and smaller in the glasses because the bartender was running out of the tequilla and vodka for the drinks. Many of our drinks were 3/4 filled.

There was initially a misunderstanding regarding the private plunge pool temperature, however the team handled the situation professionally and did their best to resolve it quickly.
