Einmal und nie wieder
Pros:

Schönes modernes Badezimmer. Parkplätze rings ums Hotel.
In 10min ist man an der Rennstrecke.

Cons:

43° aussentemparatur ubd wir bekamen ein mini zimmer unterm dach. Das hotel war zu 90% leer. Im zimmer über 40 grad. Keine klimaanlage. Keine möglichkeit zu lüften weil vor dem fenster ein kopressor so laut ist, das man sich kaum unterhalten, geschweige den schlafen kann. Zimmer so klein, das man sicht nicht zu 2t bewegen kann. Eine person muss auf dem bett warten. Keine möglichleit für gepäck. Alles muss man zwischen bett und klaptisch stellen, somit ist durchlaufen nicht möglich. Zimmer passt knapp für eine person, zu 2t einfach kaum möglich.
Kein kühlschrank, das bereitgestellte wasser war fast heiss! Kein Lift vorhanden. Alte enge holztreppe in den 3t stock. Wände schnutzig, wasser flecken udb schimmel flecken.
Unverantworlich in solchen zimmmer bei diesen temparaturen leute unter zubringen.
Personal spricht nur französisch.
Wellness ist nicht vor ort, wie es auf den bildern ersichtlich ist.
Eingang zum "hotel" ist das restaurant oder kleiner nebeneingang.
Preis viel zu hoch für das mini zimmer ( keine 20quadratmeter wie angegeben)

Superb
Pros:

The room was comfortable with ensure facilities. The location was very good, in the centre of Spa.

Cons:

We had problems with the hot water, but as soon as we asked it was put on.

The staff was friendly, and the room was nicely decorated and clean. It also came with a water boiler and two bottles of Spa mineral water.

Comfortable and excellent location for a short stay
Pros:

We have stayed here more than once, and we like it. Excellent location right in the city centre and next to the funiculaire. It's comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Had one problem but the manager sorted it out. Apart from that everything was good!

Barely student level accommodation.
Pros:

It was central. Found free street parking. Restaurant breakfast huge. Restaurant staff very nice but they just hold keys. Hairdryer with nozzle, hair straighteners.

Cons:

The address was 9, there are other buildings. Definitely NOT luxurious. Garden furniture as a desk and chairs. No curtains, cheap roller blinds. Fridge with no socket. No hand soap, (empty bottle) tiny towels. Sachets of instant coffee and tea. 2 small bottles of water not replenished. Bare vinyl floor. No wardrobe. Room not made up in 3 days. One pillow each. No full length mirror. Cow skin rug in bathroom. No manager, (or deets in folder) restaurant handled keys, they were very nice.

Location was ideal. The place was clean.

Cons:

This is not actually a hotel imo. It is a bar which also provides some rooms to stay. Staff were more focused on the bar customers rather than hotel guests. Check-in process was tough, you had to ask the same thing many times, no coffee in the rooms, etc.
