Top, je recommande !
Pros:

Incroyable hôtel avec peu de chambres mais elles sont très confortables : spacieuses, literie au top et belle salle de bain. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. Excellent petit déjeuner avec de la souplesse sur l'horaire. Une belle découverte pour moi qui vient souvent dans la région.

Prima familiehotel op 10 minuten rijden van het circuit Spa/Franchorchamps. Rustig gelegen en ver van de hectiek van het autoracen. Goed ontbijtbuffet in het hotel zelf, dineren en een drankje 's avonds kan in het bij de familie horende, naastgelegen en uitstekende restaurant La Pausa. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Zéér vriendelijke ontvangst door Katrin.

We will definitely visit Spa again and stay here. Their sister Resto is also superb!
Pros:

We were there for a sports tournament and only stayed one night but were completely charmed by the hotel and the staff. Katrin welcomed us and made sure we had all we needed!

Prachtige uitvalsbasis voor Spa en omgeving
Pros:

Super vriendelijk ontvangen. Doen heel hard om u thuis te doen voelen. Spreken ook meer dan behoorlijk Vlaams. Hielden rekening met onze wensen als groep

Fantastische plek om hier vanuit de Ardennen te ontdekken, super aardig personeel.
Pros:

Prachtige kamer, met een heerlijk bed.
De badkamer is ook uitstekend.
Heerlijk ontbijt ook !

Cons:

De Airconditioner werkte niet, het kan zijn dat deze nog niet was ingeschakeld omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was.

La chambre est très cosy et bien équipée. La taille est vraiment top. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. Le personnel est joignable facilement et les échanges sont parfaits. Les recommandations de l'hôtel sont d'une aide utile. On reviendra

Suggestion : proposer des oreillers plus plats par exemple, ou un petit kit brosse à dents dans la salle de bain :)

Pros:

Het hotel is mooi vormgegeven en ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Het ontbijt is eerder gestart op verzoek aangezien we eerder moesten vertrekken.

Cons:

De incheck is vrij vroeg gesloten en het ontbijt is nogal laat open. De kussens zijn een sluitpost geweest op de begroting. We hadden gevraagd naar een rustige kamer, de kamer was aan de voorzijde van het hotel waar vrij veel verkeer voorbij komt.

Magnifique découverte, ambiance familiale activée.
Pros:

L'accueil familial et la gentillesse du personnel. La situation de l'hôtel. Le calme car peu de chambres. Le confort du lit. La proximité du restaurant familial La Pausa où l'on mange très bien dans une ambiance également chaleureuse. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La communication avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée est également un plus, on se sent attendu.
