挺好，值得推荐
Pros:

我只能说挺牛b的家人们，位置很好，室内干净整洁还有冰箱，可以做饭，隔音挺好（我发现欧洲的窗户是不是隔音都挺好的，关上窗户外面就静音了除了垃圾车）屋里还有空调。酒店发邮件回复很及时。

Cons:

都挺好的。硬要说不满意就是8号房间的空调冷凝水排水泵有声音，但是完全可以解决因为可以睡觉之前开一会空调，睡前半小时关了就行了。八月份伯尔尼也不算热。所以没对我们睡觉造成啥影响。

Great stay - easy and comfortable

Location was excellent if travelling by train!
I liked the easy check-in process and the room and kitchen were very well equipped. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Gute Option für einen Kurzaufenthalt mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bequemes Bett, alles sauber. Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffeekapseln. Das Zimmer war grösser, als erwartet und hatte auch noch ein kleines Tischchen.

Cons:

Es ist nicht ein "Hotel" in dem Sinne, es hat keine Rezeption und ich habe kein Personal gesehen. Man erhält den Check-in Code via SMS. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, aber nicht viel Charme.
