Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Herr Bahrampoori war jederzeit sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde schnell und kompetent weitergeholfen, sodass man sich rundum gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und professionelle Personal. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung, vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Tolle Lage, von hier aus war alles fußläufig erreichbar und der Wagen stand sicher in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Der Ventilator hat die Sommerhitze im Zimmer vertrieben, auch die Matratze war sehr gut, habe prima geschlafen. Der Check-in ist komplett per Code, das ist ungewohnt aber einfach(er als zunächst angenommen). Sollten Sie nach dem Check-in noch Fragen haben, zögern Sie nicht, Geev anzusprechen, er ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, den ich gern weiterempfehle.
