Pros:

The onsen is great, the food buffet is great, it is very calm and well located

Cons:

The check out could be at 11 am since the cleaning service is not mandatory each day

まあ、良かったです。
Pros:

青い池や白髭の滝など、観光スポットが近くにあったこと、ホテルを拠点に散策しながらゆったり過ごすには最適。
外国人のスタッフで、バスや電車の時刻を正確に教えてくれて、観光スポット訪問のアドバイスしてくれたこと。
朝食にセルフ海鮮丼があったこと。

Cons:

客室のトイレ・バスルームが床より２０㎝もあり、出入りにストレスを感じた。特に出るときが怖い。
また、フロント近くのトイレのウォッシュレットのノズルに便がこびりついていて、ゾッとした。
多分ウォシュレットの使い方を知らない人が、排便と同時におしりボタンを押してしまったのだと考えられる。使用方法を日本語・英語で書いておいてほしい。また、清掃の人にも徹底してほしい。
夕食はビュッフェしかないし、近隣には夕方に経営している食堂がなかったこと。

最高でした。
Pros:

とにかく、スタッフの対応が親切で良かった。
温泉も源泉掛け流しで、子供に喜びそうな温泉スライダーが男女それぞれに有り子供連れには良いですね。

1泊朝食付にしてはチョット高めと思いました。
Pros:

青い池などに近かった

Cons:

高齢者にはヨギボではなく、椅子を用意して欲しい。
バリアフリーではなく、段差があり、小さな段差が転倒の危険となることもある。高齢になると視力も衰えるため、夜中などはよく見えないと思います。

Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a comfortable western style room.
Pros:

The restaurant had a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes. Lots of fresh food available and delicious desserts.

Cons:

Our Western style room was small and very dated. It overlooked an ugly roof at the back of the hotel which was very disappointing. The bathroom was tiny. The whole thing felt tawdry and outdated. We felt cramped and uncomfortable.
