Pros:

Μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία . Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό με ωραία θέα , κ άνετο με ωραίο πρωινό . Και είχε πάρκινγκ για αυτοκίνητο .

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά με εξαίρεση μιας κυρίας με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να συνεννοηθούμε. Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο από το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου έγινε μόνο μια φορά στις 4 διανυκτερεύσεις.

Great stay in front of Bran Castle
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and it had a great balcony and view. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, great variation of products including local cheeses. The wifi worked very well, the position is super close to the castle. There is also parking if needed. The staff was extremely kind!

Cons:

I liked everything.

Kann man ein mal machen muss man aber nicht
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Der Blick auf die Burg vom Zimmer und wir durften den Parkplatz nach unseren aus checken noch nutzen. Wir sollen das Wasser weiterlaufen lassen es käme irgendwann warmes Wasser nach weiteren 20 Minuten kam lauwarmes Wasser, gerade warm genug zum Duschen.

Cons:

wir wollten warm duschen nach 20 Minuten hatten wir immer noch kein warmes Wasser da bin ich in die Rezeption gegangen um zu fragen was mit dem Wasser ist. Mittlerweile stand das Bad unter Wasser da irgendwas an der Dusche undicht war wir hatten eine riesen Pfütze im Bad. Wir hatten noch leichter andere Probleme die Rezeption war leider meist nicht besetzt. Dann wollten wir den nächsten Tag zum Frühstück gehen um 8 Uhr wurde uns gesagt, gebe es Frühstück, wir waren 8:05 Uhr beim Frühstück und es war noch niemand da das Personal kam kurz nach uns wir wurden gefragt was wir essen möchten ein Omelett mit Käse und Gemüse und was wir trinken möchten da sagten wir ja ein Omelett mit allen und einmal Rührei und zum trinken Cappuccino. Cappuccino kam dann und es kam kein Omelett mit Käse und Gemüse sondern zweimal Rührei. Also nicht das was wir bestellt haben wir bestellten dann noch einen zweiten Cappuccino der nicht kam mittlerweile kamen noch zwei andere Kollegen die auch mithelfen sollten beim Austeilen des Essen. sie brachten uns einen Käse wurstteller den wir nicht bestellt hatten. danach setzten sie sich raus und haben selber erstmal Cappuccino getrunken und eine geraucht. Ich klopfte dann an die Scheibe und fragte sie ob sie noch Butter hätten und sie brachten dann Butter und Marmelade. Also sehr schlechter Service beim Frühstück, ich muss noch erwähnen als wir in den Essenssaal kamen war vom Vorabend noch der ganze Fußboden dreckig mit Pommes am Tisch neben uns. Das geht einfach nicht.

Страхотен хотел супер обслужване и цени, на центъра с безплатен паркинг. Много сме доволни идваме за втори път🙂😇. Малък минус са големите възглавници ако има възможност да има и по тънки възглавници в гардероба. Всичко друго беше на ниво силно го препоръчвам❤️

Our stay was truly unforgettable.
Pros:

The view of the castle was absolutely incredible - I highly recommend booking a room with a castle view, as it completely transforms the whole experience and makes the stay even more magical.

The breakfasts were delicious, with a cozy restaurant atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Another great advantage was the private parking right in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended Hanul hotel.
