הנוף והמארחת , יצאה מגדרה כשהגענו כדי לתת לנו חדר שיספק אותנו . היא ועוד עובדת העלו לנו את המזוודות לחדרים .בצ׳ק אאוט חשתי שהיתה פחות נעימה , לא היה לי ברור למה ( כנראה בגלל שביקשתי כפי שהבטיחה מראש , עזרה עם הורדת המזוודות שבאמת לא יכולנו לעשות זאת . זוג מבוגר עם בעיות גב )

Locația este minunata, nu ești expus zgomotelor cotidiene, respiri aer curat, te bucuri de un view super frumos și de multa liniște. Laura și personalul sunt oameni tare plăcuți și calzi, te simti bine primit de cum ai făcut primii pasi spre recepție. Biblioteca și spațiul destinat lecturii este un spațiu pe care nu ai voie să îl ratezi dacă ești iubitor de cărți și lectură, dacă vrei sa te bucuri de un view 360 al zonei, de un răsărit sau apus frumos. Te simți ca parte dintr-o poveste. ✨
Micul dejun a fost generos și cu bucate gătite de ei, au avut flexibilitate cu noi și dacă am coborât la limita timpului alocat, nimeni nu rămâne nemâncat. 😇
Am venit pentru deconectare și liniște și fix de asta am avut parte.

The location was just what we needed. Peaceful and calm. There was a sauna and hot tub but as we were there in a heatwave we didn't use them!!
The staff were lovely and welcoming and the suite we stayed in was huge! It also had the most amazing views. The balcony was lovely to sit on with a glass of wine.
We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were lovely. Breakfast was a platter of local meats, olives, tomatoes and cheeses with yoghurt and bread and homemade jam. if you like elderflower you have to try their homemade elderflower cordial. We were given a pot of the jam as a gift from them and it was delicious.
There is also a relaxing library with panoramic views which we loved.

Exceptional location

Transylvanian Inn was recommended by a several friends when I asked about a peaceful hidden gem in the middle of the Carpathians, easily accessible, with great views and cosy enough to feel like home. We wanted comfort and natural beauty.
For me, it took hospitality in the area to another level.
While I was sold when I saw pictures of the library upstairs, it was the apartment (Yes, it’s worth it!), the great communication, beautiful views and calmness that won our hearts.
Suffice it to say, we were back after two days.

From cleanliness to amenities, delicious breakfast and great selection of books, I can’t praise Transylvanian Inn and its team highly enough.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location is amazing, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that made every morning and evening feel magical. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Despite the location, there is absolutely no noise disturbance, regardless of which area of the villa the room is located in, ensuring a truly quiet and restful stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel right at home.

The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to quality and taste. It truly exceeded all our expectations.

What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff. They were beyond kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was simply exceptional, and they made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

The value for money was also excellent, with the quality of the accommodation, services, food, and overall experience fully matching our expectations. We truly felt that the price was fair for everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Everything about this place deserves the highest praise: the cleanliness, the comfort, the facilities, the atmosphere, the peaceful surroundings, the food, and the outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

A place located in an area that invites you, from the very beginning, to relax and turn inward. For me and my wife, it was the perfect setting to take a break from our usual rhythm, reconnect with ourselves, and reconnect with each other.

We took part in a couples’ event here, and the entire experience was beautifully supported by the atmosphere of the place and by the people who welcomed us. Laura and the whole team were warm, available, and very welcoming. It was a pleasure to interact with them, and their way of being contributed greatly to the sense of safety we needed in order to open up and truly receive what there was to discover and learn during the event.

The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and decorated with great taste. We felt wonderful in them, almost like at home.

The food was varied and very tasty, which is an important aspect for most of us and, certainly, very important for me. And the view from the terrace where we had our meals is something that needs to be seen and experienced.

It is a very beautiful place, one we would gladly return to whenever we feel the need for a pause. We recommend it wholeheartedly, from every point of view.

I had the pleasure of hosting a couples retreat at Transylvanian Inn, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue.

We were an intimate group of 14 people, and our retreat involved a wide variety of activities: teaching sessions, experiential exercises, movement practices, dancing, indoor and outdoor workshops, quiet moments of reflection, and plenty of opportunities for connection. Every single aspect of the venue supported our work beautifully. The spaces were incredibly versatile, allowing everything to flow naturally and effortlessly throughout the weekend.

A very special thank you goes to Laura, who manages the property. She is one of those rare people whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately make you feel at home. From the very first interaction, she was exceptionally responsive, organized, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.

What impressed me most was that Laura doesn’t simply manage a hotel—she creates experiences. You can feel how much love, care, and pride she and her team pour into everything they do. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every request was met with kindness, efficiency, and a sincere desire to help. Having someone like her supporting our retreat behind the scenes made all the difference. She is a beautiful person and a very reliable and committed partner in creating this type of events.

The food deserves a standing ovation. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, incredibly varied, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate the different dietary needs and preferences within our group. You could truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into every dish. Our participants kept talking about the meals throughout the weekend—they became part of the experience themselves.

The rooms are spacious, elegant, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. They strike that perfect balance between sophistication and warmth, making you feel instantly at home. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and created a wonderful atmosphere for rest and relaxation after full days of emotional and experiential work.

And then there is the view…

It is simply breathtaking.

Every sunrise and sunset felt like nature was putting on a private performance just for us. Surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and absolute tranquility, the setting naturally invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and simply be present. The beauty of this place is difficult to capture in photographs—it truly has to be experienced.

What makes Transylvanian Inn so special isn’t just the stunning location or the exceptional facilities. It’s the feeling that every detail has been created with intention and heart. This is not just another beautiful hotel; it’s a place where genuine hospitality is still alive, where people truly care, and where every guest is made to feel welcome.

Our participants were genuinely impressed. Many told us the venue far exceeded their expectations and that it contributed enormously to the depth and quality of the retreat. For a couples workshop requiring movement, teaching, emotional work, and multiple activity settings, it couldn’t have been a better choice.

In a stunning location with panoramic views of the Carpathian mountains, the village of Bran and Dracula’s castle, this beautiful inn is incredibly inviting. Laura, the owner is ever present and treated us on arrival with homemade elderflower cordial and a delicious carrot and chocolate cake straight out of the oven. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the suite, with its fireplace and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade items including blueberry jam, various local cheeses and yoghurts. Everything in this hotel shouts quality and the personal service offered is so rare in this day and age. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing scenery, food and service. Recommended for a peaceful time away. Visits to the castle, bear sanctuary and mountain walks highly recommended. Laura and the team are the best. We will be back!

This a wonderful location to explore the area, with great food, supported by a wonderful team. The view are excellent and mar you want to go and see what this area has to offer. After the exploration , you can relax in the Sauna and jacuzzi with more stunning views.
