Fußläufig in Stadtnähe, dafür günstig.
Pros:

Lage am Regen ist ruhig, Zimmer und Drumrum zweckmäßig, mit dem Charm einer späten 60er Jugendherberge oder Naturfreundehaus. (nicht negativ gemeint, man darf eben kein Schischi erwarten). Ich komme öfter.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht wie auf den Bildern bzw in der Beschreibung 2 einzelbetten sind nun mal kein Doppelbett das bad hat sanierungsstau

Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub in oder in der Nähe von Cham
Pros:

Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich geworden, das Früstück ist top. Ebenso das Personal. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen großen Parkplatz. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ruhiges schlafen, Parkplatz vorhanden und kostenfrei

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, beim Frühstück hatten die ersten zwei Gäste eine Auswahl , dann wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt!

Tagungshotel mit gutem Standard am Rand der Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel und Tagungshaus liegt nur ein paar Schritte außerhalb der Altstadt direkt am Fluss. Die modernisierten Zimmer haben einen zeitgemäßen Ausstattungsstandard. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die öffentliche Bereiche müssten modernisiert werden. Neue Möbel auf dem Balkon wären wünschenswert.

For a stress free visit to Cham, Stay here.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the "Bridge" with free safe parking. The Staff was helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was super. Restaurant is a hidden gem. Would stay there again for sure!
