Nice stay in a clean room and a generous breakfast
Pros:

It was a friendly place and the staff went out of their way. Very good breakfast served in a very pleasant dunning room. Good location near the beach and pier and walkable from the station.

Cons:

The shower in our room didn’t keep a stable temperature so it was either too hot or too cold.

Short enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast food was very good and the staff were under pressure all morning due to extra customers, but went above and beyond. Excellent staff.

Great stop on Cantii Way cycle tour.
Pros:

Great location on sea front. Super staff. Mr Dunkerly was very helpful and accommodating. All staff were excellent.
Bikes accommodated inside at night. Thank you.
Food was very good with options for all diets.

Cons:

More hanging space for towels would be a great improvement. Towel rails or hooks.

We would definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent choice at breakfast, individually cooked to order. Attentive staff, all pleasant & helpful.
My 4-year old grandson has some severe food allergies which we pre-warned the hotel about, and they were especially reassuring for his safety.

Can't think of a thing!

Pros:

Great location, the restaurant had good food. Bed was very comfortable staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A little tired in places. Due for a little touch up i think but not urgent. Shower went from hot to cold. Not much room in bathroom to put things . Just small picky things.

Good value for money
Pros:

A lovely hotel on the seafront. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was small and the handling of the shower a bit tricky, but generally okay. One plus was the quiet but very efficient air conditioning unit in our room.

Friendly and easy and clean - food very good
Pros:

Location and dinner /breakfast and staff friendly

Cons:

Twin beds not picked up from the booking - could be the booking.com agency but expected twin - they changed them for us. Rooms hot at night - need aircon really now weather so hot. Bathrooms need updating - small shampoo bottles and soap - all needs upgrading a bit.

Pros:

Nice room although too many stairs and I had explained leg issues on booking. Bathroom could do with a bit of an update and toiletries replaced daily? Friendly staff and nice food.

Pros:

Great location by the Sea. We had a lovely room facing the sea. King size bed and a spacious room. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The bedsheets had a stale smell, not fresh and we reported this to the hotel.
