Fijn verblijf perfect voor kinderen
Pros:

Een groot speeltoestel, zandbak en een aparte speelruimte voor onze zoon van 2. Dat was fantastisch. Verder een fijn zwembad en heel goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Persoonlijk vond ik het personeel minder vriendelijk en spontaner dan bij andere locaties

Gorgeous place with stunning views
Pros:

Gorgeous place, the pool not too big but so welcome in the heat. Shower the loveliest I've had during my three week vacation. Views to die for. Breakfast was great with someone to fry you up a nice omelet. Really wonderful.

Cons:

If I had to name one thing, it would be that my balcony and the neighbours really only had a short wall as a separation. The neighbour's kid peeked around the corner. Not a huge deal, but not perfect. And my appartement was next to the yoga class. Had I sat in front of my apt with someone and chatted at normal level, that would have disturbed the tranquility of the yoga class.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Zion View Ella Resort. The location offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nature, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean,, comfortable, and well maintained with all the necessary amenities.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and ideal for anyone visiting Ella.
Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable stay, great views, and excellent service.

A retreat is totally how it feels. Really loved my stay.
Pros:

The restaurant is amazing! I wish they offered cooking classes!

The view is stunning. The staff as all lovely and so helpful. The yoga was lovely. It was all very relaxing.

Pros:

The view was fantastic , the room was great in space, the bathroom was good too, the pool amazingly relaxing and very clean.
They do give you water if you need more, very peaceful and great location.

Cons:

In the room, the mosquito nets in the beds had holes, the bathroom had poo of an animal near the sink and floor, it was not cleaned and prepared enough to host guest.
there was no wifi working well in our room.
and one of the recptionist was very rude, not Sumudu he was very friendly but the other person.

Fabulous view, peaceful & just excellent
Pros:

Spectacular setting overlooking Ella Rock. This place has a magical setting that is perfect away from the crowds. We went off season so perfect for us. The pool is great, the breakfast delicious & staff kind.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too soft for me but ok. There are a lot of steps. Hike up to hotel is steep but tuk tuks available.

Prachtig gelegen resort met fantastische service en uitzicht!
Pros:

Echt een prachtige gelegen accommodatie met een fantastisch uitzicht over de bergen. Fijne kamers (die wij hadden was niet heel ruim), met een ruim balkon met hangmat. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien; lekker eten (met ook een prachtig uitzicht) en een fijn zwembad. Service is erg goed; ze kunnen je overal bij helpen. Ook is het op loopafstand van het centrum. Je moet wel een beetje een steile klim maken om dan weer terug te komen.

Cons:

Niks eigenlijk. tip misschien nog: kijk uit met ballen in het zwembad. Als ze over de omheining vliegen, ben je ze kwijt!

Pros:

The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also very centrally located, which made it convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Cons:

It was a bit strange that our room and the neighboring room were connected in a way that made it possible to move between them. Also, the road up to the hotel was a bit difficult, although the view was probably worth it.
