For the price I think this is a great place to stay. Maybe not for families unless there is bigger room as I’m not aware
Pros:

The staff were very nice and friendly, our room was ready when we arrived which was slightly before checkin time. They arranged transfers for us from the airport (30€) and to the ferry port (35€). The WiFi worked great and it was very close to everything.

Cons:

The room was very very small, with our luggage and toddler cot, it was impossible to move around.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy central. Cerca de la estación de bus para ir a Oia y a playas.
Instalaciones muy lindas, amplio, había café y agua de bienvenida, incluso nos tenían unos globos en forma de corazón por nuestra luna de miel, eso fue un lindo detalle. Tiene balcón, hacen el aseo de la pieza, cama cómoda.
María, la recepcionista, fue muy amable, nos explicó cómo funcionaban los buses y nos indicó buenas localidades donde ir.
Fue muy linda nuestra estadía.

Cons:

La ducha era pequeña y se salía el agua, por ello se formaba una especie de picina en el baño, eso era muy desagradable. Por suerte cada día hacían el aseo y secaban eso.
El baño era pequeño, me pegué varias veces al moverme.
