Lovely accommodation. Great location
The car park, a long walk with luggage to get to reception.
Everything was excellent and I would like to single out Emma on Reception who went out of her way to be helpful.
We ate in the Marco Pierre restaurant onsite and our steaks were tip top!

Me puse en contacto por mail con el hotel hace tres días solicitando que me enviaran la factura correcta. En el mail informé de la dirección de nuevo de mi empresa. Hasta la fecha ninguna respuesta por parte del hotel.
The friendly staff how clean it is and the rooftop bar
Bed was to hard
As a disabled person travelling alone with a lot of baggage, the staff couldnt have been more helpful, taking my bags to my room for me on check in and holding them while i brought my car around when checking out then helping me load them into the car. Emma in particular was a stand-out. She helped me extend my stay, held doors for me and my chair but also ASKED if i wanted her to which was lovely, and it was her who helped me on check out. Truly an excellent employee in every way
The "garlic bread" from room service was tiny and rock solid, and itd be good if some doors had buttons to open them, especially in the common areas
Easy check in - nice room and quiet location as requested
Main restaurant was closed - alternative restaurant not as good
The property is clean and tidy. And the food at breakfast was lovely as were the staff
The beds are absolutely terrible. I barely slept at all. At one point I was going to go sleep in my car. The bed was solid. It’s the worst bed I’ve slept in and I e done 3 tours of Iraq
