The food at the the hotel was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very welcome with really good service. Also the location was fantastic above the lake with the views.

A wonderful quiet and peaceful escape to the Italian lakes
Pros:

The views over the lake were amazing.
It was incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I think it was quite expensive for the 3 nights and didn’t include breakfast.
You also really need a car from this location.

Das Relais – Restaurant I due Roccoli, einmalig schön, hoch über dem Lago d’Iseo gelegen, ist ein ****Hotel der besonderen Art. Der fünfte Stern sind die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter.
Die Hotelzimmer mit teilweise kostbarer historischer Ausstattung bieten allen Luxus. Die sanitären Anlagen sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Von den Zimmern auf der Westseite hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den gesamten Lago d’Iseo. Von den Zimmern auf der Ostseite schaut man in einen parkähnlichen Garten, der im Süden in Weingärten übergeht. Das Restaurant ist ein Gourmettempel. Was die Küche bietet und was von den aufmerksamen Bedienungen stilvoll serviert wird, ist von allerhöchster Qualität.

Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie in een uitzonderlijk mooi gelegen hotel met een top service!
Pros:

Het gebouw is prachtig gerenoveerd en biedt mooie kamers aan. Wij sliepen één nacht in een kamer met uitzicht op de tuin en de rest van ons verblijf in een kamer met balkon en zicht op het meer. Beide kamers waren groot en zeer mooi ingericht. Het zicht op het meer vanop ons balkon was subliem! Je kan trouwens 's morgens ook op een terras ontbijten met zicht op het meer.
Het personeel is uitermate professioneel en vriendelijk. Je wordt elke dag opnieuw met de glimlach bediend. Men doet er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken.
Bovendien is het eten in het restaurant van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Wij aten ook op andere plaatsen, maar het niveau van het restaurant in ons verblijf werd nooit geëvenaard. Het aperitief (een lekkere prosecco) wordt je gratis aangeboden.
Er zijn twee grote parkings vlakbij het hotel. Daar hoef je je dus ook geen zorgen over te maken.
Zeker en vast voor herhaling vatbaar!

Das Bad war sehr groß und neu.
