Außergewöhnlich zu recht!
Pros:

Tolles Ambiente. Könnte man als beste Bewertung 12 Punkte statt 10 vergeben, würde ich es tun!!!In allen Bereichen und 13 Punkte für die Aussicht!

An enjoyable experience which could easily have been much better with just a few minor improvements.
Pros:

The restaurant is superb, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the location, high above Iseo affords fantastic views of the lake and is peacefully quiet apart from the odd motorbike blasting up the adjacent road but this is a problem everywhere these days. Our room was perfectly adequate and parking safe and accessible. The breakfasts were perfectly acceptable although the staff were a bit overwhelmed at times. I would suggest to the hotel to either scrap room service or improve the staffing ratio at breakfast. There were no such problems at dinner which was very enjoyable on all three occasions we dined.

Cons:

I hadn't realised that this is a wedding venue and when there is such a function, the terrace overlooking the lake is out of bounds, not something that was explained to us at any time before arrival. As a consequence, we were unable to enjoy the sunset over the lake on two out of three nights which was more than irritating.
It is absolutely necessary to have a car or access to taxis to go down to the lake as the walk would take over an hour going down, I dread to think how long it would take to walk back up. I think the complaints about the road down to the lake are written by travellers who are probably unfamiliar with driving in Italy. Relatively, I found it quite easy.

Außergewöhnlich und sehr schön.
Pros:

Tolle Lage oberhalb von Iseo mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See . Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Abendessen in schönem Ambiente in höchster Qualität. Personal in Rezeption und Service hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles sehr professionell. Eigenes Fahrzeug auf Grund der Lage notwendig

für eine kurze, romantische Auszeit klasse,- wird deshalb auch für viele Hochzeitsfeiern gebucht!

sehr schlechtes, teils nicht verfügbares wlan - dann mobile Daten nur via Satelitennetz. Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein

Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Sicht über den Lago d’Iseo, sehr schöner, großzügiger Park mit kleinen Wanderwegen, historische Gebäude, hervorragendes Essen im Abendrestaurant mit Blick in den Park, toller Frühstücksraum mit grandiosem Panorama, schöner Außenpool, freies e-charging, Nähe zu schönen Wanderwegen

Cons:

Es dauert etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort ist, ein eigenes Fahrzeug wäre gut.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Aussicht beim Frühstücksbuffet ist einmalig ein Blick über den halben Iseosee, ansonstern Komfort adäquat eines 5* Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal gutes Restauramt

Hotel has great bones, but falls short in execution and ease of access.
Pros:

Liked the hotel hated the room. There are some nice rooms and some terrible ones. We got the latter. I loved the morning breakfast and the views were gantadtic.

Cons:

I didn’t like the rooms. The dinner was overrated and expensive. We didn’t skimp on any event and the experience was underwhelming. The commute to the hotel requires a rental car. Not worth a cab.

Schön aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Super Lage inmitten eines Olivenhains

Cons:

Ausstattung schon ziemlich abgewohnt.
Leider fanden während unseres Aufenthalts massive Baggerarbeiten am Nachbargrundstück statt - somit war die Lärmbelästigung ab 7:00 morgens enorm!
