Останні кілька років у Києві я, мої рідні і більшість колег зупиняємось тільки тут. Дуже уважний персонал, допомагають і консультують з усіх питань.

На жаль, не можу рекомендувати цей готель і більше не повернусь.

Cons:

В номері було грязно.
Щойно як зайшли, звернули увагу на вбиральню - на туалеті була чиясь капля жовтої мочі, попри те/ що наклеєна була етикетка «продезінфіковано»

Фен, з задньої сторони, не протирався ніколи, дуже багато пилюки, через ті забруднені отвори, майже не пропускається повітря.

Найгірше: холодна вода в душі.
Ніч, ранок, обідня пора - покупатись було нереально, льодяна вода. Зауважу - що це середина квітня, проблем з відключенням світла чи тривогами - не було.

Ми знімали номер люкс - ліжко/матрац - були незручними. Постіль та полотенця, не були гарно випраними, виднілось на «чистій постілі» чуже волосся.
