Good shopping location, not for families!
Pros:

The pool was clean and tidy with a beautiful garden,clear water and a swim up bar with pool towels provided. Good breakfast small selection but fresh and good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful doing the best they can.

Cons:

The room was not up to stand, dusty and mold smell in the main room marked sheets and towels , Moises living in the closet. The bathroom was a nightmare smelling that much we had to leave the extraction fan on the entire stay and go and buy a air freshener.Had to call on staff to get hot water working and it took 10mins every time you wanted a shower before the hot water kicked in . The toilet was broken off the floor and literally moved every time you used it with a small leak. When asking for an extra bed in the family room they bought a matters and laid it on the floor then charged us an extra $15 a night. Not a family hotel I do not recommend

Good enough for a place to sleep, but don’t expect comfort or luxury.
Pros:

Friendly staff and a great location for exploring on foot, although it can be a little challenging to access with a larger van. Overall, it’s suitable for a short stay if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep. However, the rooms and facilities are quite basic, breakfast options are limited, and it may not meet the expectations of those seeking comfort or a more premium experience. 😊

Cons:

Dirty/stained bedsheets and towels, to the utilities itself.
Lack of towels / linen availability e.g. pool towels or extra blankets.
Also limited breakfast options, specially for vegan/vegetarians who can’t have eggs :(
Not the hotel’s fault but during our stay, a few noisy guest from midnight screaming to early arvo bickering.

Very average
Pros:

Great facilities although needing some cosmetic Reno’s.

Cons:

The door to my room was dragging on the floor when trying to open and the door locking mechanism had been damaged and wasn’t very secure.

The room smells like a urinal deodorising tablet which I found under the bed.

Correcto para 1 noche.
Pros:

La ubicación lo mejor. Cerca hay el centro comercial beachwalk y se puede ir andando. Esta bien ubicado pero un poco alejado del bullicio.

Cons:

La habitación tenia polvo, el suelo no estaba barrido y en la habitacion que nos tocó habia nido de hormigas. Instalaciones un poco viejitas.

Very bad and humiliating experience
Cons:

The staff behaviour was extremely bad and unexpected. One of the staff got annoyed with me and physically assaulted on me.

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have high expectations of the property for the price we paid.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff are great. If you’re wanting budget accommodation it’s perfect. Rooms are large but basic.

Cons:

Property is tired and in desperate need of renovations. Breakfast is very limited.

Nice place, wish they did some reno on the rooms.
Pros:

I liked the pool and outdoor because it was very aesthetically pleasing. I liked how there was a swim up bar

Cons:

Honestly I didnt really like the room because the tv wasnt even working, it was grainy and the bathroom was very simple but i guess for the price the amenities are what you get.
