Pros:

Близко к окружной - удобно и удобный заезд. Быстро и без нервов. Соотношение цена качество хорошее. Есть парковка

Cons:

Шумно, но это понятно, близко шоссе. Самая скрипучая кровать во вселенной. Нет пульта от кондиционера. Два пакетика с шампунем и нет халата
