Месторасположение отеля очень оригинальное. Все понравилось, рекомендую.
Сподобалось все. Гарне розташування, красива територія, дуже ввічливий і приємний персонал. Все дуже чисто, прибирання в номері щодня , поповнення засобів гігієни, заміни рушників та халатів. Буду тут розміщуватись ще.
Не було такого
прикольні настолки в коридорі, вид на річку, смачний ресторан, на цьому все
ліжко було незручне, ми дуже погано спали і на ранок боліла спина. в номері потік кондиціонер.... ми прокинулися рано вранці від гучного шуму через те що я так розумію він дуже рідко чистився, потім він почав текти и капати на стіл і телевізор. і так погано спиш, ще ось це. потім сказали про це на ресепшені і все що ми отримали у відповідь: о, дякуємо що сказали.
серйозно? я розумію що це не готель 5 зірок і так далі, але це взагалі нонсенс. ніяких ні вибачень, ні компенсації чи навіть натяку на чогось ми так и не почули при виселенні.
я плачу не маленькі гроші. майже 9 тисяч за що? за незручне ліжко та гучний поламаний кондиціонер? чи якщо знімаємо нижче напівлюкса або люкса то вже всеодно що у нас там?
ну і ще маленьким бонусом що на телевізорі немає смарт - ТВ, але ми думали що це буде единим мінусом....

The staff were lovely. The rest is seriously overrated and overpriced.
This is not a true spa hotel. Weddings going on. Loud music until 22:00. Public site right next door. I have no issues with this. However the people here were much better behaved and tidy up. There was rubbish in the water on the side not from the public area.
