Cons:

Only after payment, I was "kindly" iformed that the elevator does not work. That meant I had to climb up to the 7th floor with all my bags.
The appartment was not cleaned very well (see photo). There was someone's long hair on the "cleane" brown towels.
Since the house is quite old, the water pressure isn't strong enough to take a normal shower. And when the toilet tank is filling up, there's no water at all.
The apartment is quite small, and there is no storage space. There is only a small closet, which is filled with bedding and household items.
Please be aware that Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard is a rather noisy place, even with the windows closed.

Pros:

Компактні апартаменти в центрі міста. Зупинялися вже декілька разів. Дружні до хатніх тваринок!

Cons:

Здивувала відсутність будь-якого дзеркала…. Про це мали б напевно як мінімум попередити

За свої кошти гарний варіант. Є мінуси, але я бронюю тут вже вдруге.
Pros:

Гарне розташування. Поряд ТЦ Гулівер, метро. Гарне ліжко, кондиціонер і можна повністю закрити вікна. Є балкон з невеличким столиком, кухня.

Cons:

Квартира потребує ремонту, в коридорі вже розбите дзеркало висить якось невпевнено. Квартира на 7 поверсі, але ліфт не працює.

Дуже зручне місцерозташування та гарні умови. Все чистенько та охайно. Гарний вид на Київ. Також хотілося б відмітити дуже клієнтоорієнтовних та розуміючих адміністраторів - дбають про комфорт гостей. Все чудово .
