Jacuzzi in the room, friendly staff and extremely comfortable bed
Toilet paper was missing, minibar was empty, warm water barely worked to fill the jacuzzi - still mostly great!
Located was great. Close to a lot of places, restaurants, 24 hours shops, hospitals.
I love that they can store luggage as I was travelling from Lima to Cusco and didn’t want to bring my whole luggage.
Breakfast was good. And they do pack little Snack for early morning departures
The rooms a not sound proof and you can hear noises from other rooms or cars honking outside. But that was not overly bad. Didn’t cause much issue at night.
Excellent staff, good location, staff provided a bag for breakfast on the morning we needed to catch a very early flight.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and often ran out of food, it was topped up - but it was noticeable they couldn’t keep up with demand. The room was also quite noisy, difficult to sleep.
