Perfecto hotel de paso en Miraflores. Repetiríamos sin dudar
Pros:

El check-in fue muy fluido y eso que llegamos bastante tarde. El recepcionista, muy amable se encargó de procurarnos transporte para el día siguiente y además como la salida era más temprano que la hora del desayuno nos prepararon un lunch-box.
En cuanto a la habitación, amplia y súper cómoda, no echamos nada en falta.
El baño perfecto, con todo lo que necesitábamos. Limpieza sobresaliente.
Descansamos muy bien

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba para la parte delantera del hotel, esto es a la calle principal (con bastante tráfico). No nos supuso mayor problema pero si eres de esas personas sensibles a la luz/ruido puede que no lo pases tan bien como nosotros.

El hotel por fuera se ve muy moderno y la ubicación definitivamente es excelente, ya que tiene muchos lugares cerca y eso hace todo muy cómodo 👌🏻

Sin embargo, creemos que hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. Las instalaciones por dentro se sienten un poco viejas y las habitaciones son demasiado calientes. Lo único que ofrecen es un ventilador, entonces prácticamente uno tiene que elegir entre aguantar el calor o abrir la ventana y escuchar toda la bulla de la calle, que realmente es bastante. Incluso con la ventana cerrada igual entra mucho ruido, por lo que descansar bien se vuelve complicado.

También creemos que deberían informar mejor algunos detalles importantes, como que la limpieza de la habitación solo se realiza dejando la llave en recepción, ya que eso nunca nos lo explicaron.

El desayuno es bastante básico y con pocas opciones.

Fuera de eso, queremos destacar que la limpieza estuvo bien y las personas que trabajan ahí fueron siempre muy amables y atentas 😊

Hotel correcto para el precio, buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación y el barrio son buenos, el desayuno esta bien pero se podría mejorar. En general el personal bastante amable y respetuoso.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la cerradura de nuestra puerta, en un momento dejo de funcionar y fue incomodo porque la puerta no se cerraba con seguro. El personal nos ayudo y realizo la mantención, pero fue molesto. Recomiendo invertir en cerraduras mas modernas y que entreguen mayor seguridad.

Pros:

Quarto excelente e com camas extremamente confortáveis e grandes. Banheiro bem espaçoso e a banheira de hidromassagem era excepcional.

Cons:

O café da manhã é extremamente simples pro nível do hotel, poderiam ter mais opções de fruta.
