Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auch persönliche Wünsche erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und es gab Gottseidank eine sehr leise Klimaanlage. Sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen und auch zu Fuß war man in null Komma nix in der Innenstadt.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Linz, just a short walk from the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stopover on our journey home, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay.

Dobrá poloha pro procházky do centra města. Okna do vnitrobloku, nebyli jsme rušeni provozem na ulici. V blízkosti obchodní centrum a spousta pekáren a malých podniků + MHS.
