A clean and modern hotel in the heart of Lviv
Pros:

The hotel is new and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ve got a peace of cake as a surprise for my birthday ;)

Cons:

Декілька разів по телефону просив визначений номер, який мене запевнили що буде заброньований за мною, але по приїзду мені повідомили, що забули це зробити. Хоча два рази запевнили що все гаразд. Новий персонал готелю доволі некомпетентний, нажаль.

Pros:

Сподобалося розташування готелю, затишна вулиця і зручно біля транспорту, недалеко від центру міста

Cons:

Було б добре замінити шторинку в душовій, пожовтіла внизу від води, не дуже приємно виглядає. І другий момент: у номері немає чайника. Ввечері дуже хотілося чогось гарячого, коли вже не працює ресторан. Це було б дуже турботливо зустрічати гостей можливістю заварити чай або каву в номері, особливо якщо людина з дороги пізно ввечері або вночі

Гарне розташування, інтерʼєр, чистота.

Cons:

Коли виселялася чекала поки перевірять кімнату, сказали ніби щоб нічого не забула, але це неприємне відчуття, бо явно перевіряли чи я нічого не прихопила із собою.

Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful, the location was good (I choose it for its proximity to a nearby venue, but it's close to the opera house and main square too), plenty of public transport nearby, including buses and trams to the train station. The room was clean and tidy, it had all the basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The towels were missing (it's okay, it happens), but the ones brought up were incredibly thin and worn, so should probably be replaced. Not much hot water for the shower in the morning.
