Привітний персонал, розташування готелю, тиша

Cons:

Відсутність зубних щіток, мокрий килим біля ліжка після заселення та найбільший мінус - це дозатор із милом, яким дуже важко користуватись, адже він є несправний

Cons:

Не розумію, в чому проблема пригостити гостей чашкою кави зранку! Виїжджали о 7:30 і за два стаканчика кави з нас взяли 175 гривень. Ну камон, дешевші готелі пропонують такі дрібниці без нагадувань и запитань!

A wonderful stay with a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need for a pleasant visit.
Pros:

Awesome location (relatively close to the city centre, but at the same time away from the noisy streets).
Comfy and stylish rooms with beautiful views.
Very tasty breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

Late check-in, which is of course more or less the same everywhere, including other hotels.

It would make much more sense to me if check-out were until 10 a.m., so that people could start checking in from 12 p.m. If you arrive early in the morning with a full day of meetings and plans ahead of you, having to wait until after 2 p.m. to check in and even take a shower seems a little late.
