Cons:

I told at the reception when signing out that I used mini bar, and paid for what’s used, however, I was still asked to wait for them to go and check. Upon return, I was told that I had to pay for pillows for my previous stay and the current stay, as the stains from hair die can not be cleaned from the pillow! I heard this kind of thing for the first time in my life. I paid because some 10 dollars were not worthy of my nerves. Overall very humiliating experience…

В цілому, Оптіма - хороша мережа, с хорошим сервісом, локацією, смачними сніданками, просто перевіряйте номер при заселе
Pros:

Чудовий готель, зручно розташований до вокзалу і центру міста, все нове, чисте, привітний персонал, смачні сніданки

Cons:

В номері не працював жоден диспенсер з милом і гелем для душу, заселення було пізнім і це була неприємна несподіванка. Запас туалетного паперу був ну вже такий скромний на 1 ніч, наче його відраховували на одну людину і не більше. Душ зі шторкою замість дверей і при цьому зі скляними стінками, одна з яких протікала, і ти стоїш, у тебе дверей немає, з-під стінки вода тече.
