もともとロケーションでこのホテルを選択しました。部屋の清潔さやスタッフの対応は期待以上でした。複数のスタッフと接触しましたが、どの人も丁寧な、そして誠実な対応でした。
部屋の電源スイッチを押すと、ベッドわきのランプが点灯します。他のライトは個別のスイッチがありますが、ベッドわきのランプだけは違いました。夜中にトイレに行くために、まず部屋の電源スイッチを押すと、わきで眠っている家族を起こしてしまうことになりました。もしかしたら私のミスかもしれませんが。（笑）
朝食がとっても良かった。種類も多かったです。
１２階に泊まったのですが、お隣の部屋からの音が割と多かった。

水戸駅が目の前でした。
Location close to the Mito station is very convenient. Shades in the window were ideal to have a good night sleep (window is quite large and we get a lot of daylight in). Bathroom well equipped and i could easily fit inside the shower (i'm well above average height) and use the mirror above the sink. Good breakfast.
To be top notch the food selection at breakfast could be wider but it was still quite complete. Nowadays USB charge-only plugs in the room are almst a must have to avoid carrying over adapters and chargers, unfortunately none in my room. I'm a bit picky with the stiffness/softness of the mattress and i wish mine was a bit harder but it was still pretty ok.

チェックイン時のスタッフ対応がホテル接客にしてはレベルが低く感じられた(声が小さく聞き取りづらい、画面に向かって喋り続けている、直接対応していないスタッフの待機姿勢、笑顔などの表情)。
部屋のシャワーの湯量が少なく髪を洗うのに時間がかかった。
