Gostima hotela se naplaćuju ležaljke i suncobrani na plaži po istoj cijeni kao ostalim korisnicima. Istovremeno te ležaljke nisu čiste, niti se vodi računa o potrebama gostiju.

Denizin hemen kenarında olması, küçük bir otel olmasına rağmen restoran hizmeti vermeleri , deniz kenarında şezlong şemsiye gibi şeyler için ücret ödenmemesi, otelin ana yola bakan tarafı veya sahil tarafına aracınızı park edebilmek ve elbette Theo’nun müthiş yardımseverliği.

Sanırım bazı odalar diğerlerine göre biraz daha dar bizim kaldığımız 204 maalesef dardı, restoran hizmet veren garson arkadaşların maalesef ingilizceleri çok zayıf yanlış sipariş alıyorlar

Schönes Hotel, große neue Zimmer, freundliches Personal (Chef spricht deutsch), gutes Frühstück und super lecker waren die frischen Fischgerichte am Abend. Kurz...alles war top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Izuzetno gostoljubiv i susretljiv vlasnik, moderno opremljene sobe sa udobnih madracima, sobe se čiste svaki dan i nadopunjuju toaletnih priborom. Zbog svoje pozicije hotel je izolovan od buke a prilaz plazi prilagođen svim uzrastima. Topla preporuka za opuštajuće odmor uz more, sunce, knjigu i druženje. Podzemna garaža je još jedan od benefita hotela Porat.

Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Unsere Zimmer war super ausgestattet und modern mit viel Stauraum. Es gab Rollläden und dunkle Vorhänge. Toller Balkon mit Meerblick. Für die örtlichen Verhältnisse in Neum hat man relativ viel Platz am Wasser zum sonnen und baden geschaffen. Von der Restaurantterasse hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Das a la Cart Essen schmeckt fantastisch zu moderaten Preisen für direkt am Meer. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ausreichend und es schmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Bei 4 Sterne gab's zum Frühstück nur einen Instantkaffeeautomat. Das passte irgendwie nicht zum Standart des ansonsten tollen Hotels. Unsere Kaffeelust konntenwir nur im Restaurant stillen.

Odlicna lokacija, izmaknuta od guzve. Smjestaj je udoban i cist. Domaćin je vrlo susretljiv i ljubazan. Dorucak odlican, raznovrstan, svako moze naći sta mu odgovara. Sve preporuke. Vraćam se ponovo.

One of the best small hotel!
Pros:

I must say this one of the best small hotels I had ever been. Owners are super friendly, rooms are spacious with full modern bathroom, view form the balcony is stunning. Breakfast is very good. Special like for their homemade uštipci and kiflice.
