Pros:

Lits confortables et chambres spacieuses

Cons:

Le restaurant propose une carte immense mais c'est un piège, il leur faudra beaucoup plus de temps pour tout préparer que ce que vous espérez. Il leur faudrait réduire les propositions.
Au petit déjeuner le service était tellement en retard sur l'horaire que nous avions demandé (la veille)que nous sommes partis sans avoir vraiment mangé...
De façon général le personnel n'a jamais respecté les horaires demandés

The location, the property and food were amazing

Cons:

The bed covers along with area below the bed were not clean at all. Also, finger prints were quite evident in all the mirrors.

Friendly Staff, Cozy Stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Made us feel at home immediately. 10/10 would stay here again!

Cons:

Service could have been quicker, I understand that Ooty is a place that people come to relax, but when requested certain things like food preparation could be quicker.
