Pros:

The hotel was centrally located, very smooth check in and check out. Rooms very small, but that's acceptable given the reputation of the hotel. Breakfast was with limited choices, but whatever was there was tasty. Overall a very nice impression of this structure.

Cons:

Room was extremely small, hardly any space to move around. Very small twin beds, no seating arrangement (just one stool was provided). Some of the basic amenities were missing.

Pros:

Det eneste er at de få ansatte jeg har møtt har gjort sitt beste med sprekt kapasitet da én person virker å drifte hele hotellet fra kveldstid. Hotellet har et fint nok "skall" men jeg er redd den nye måten dere drifter på kommer til å ødelegge hele hotellet. Det har alt begynt å forfalle. Beliggenheten er god, men støyen fra Heidis er helt uutholdelig.

Cons:

Hotellet har fint potensiale, jeg har bodd her før, og det var noe helt annet. Da jeg sjekker inn er det en ung hyggelig vekter som har ansvaret for hele hotellet den natten. Hva angår resepsjon, sikkerhet og bar. Når jeg ringer resepsjon fra rommet eller nummeret hotellet oppgir fra egen telefon, kommer jeh til en mann i India. Han har innøvde replikker og er ikke til hjelp for noen. Dette fikk jeg bekreftet av ansatte. En utrolig bråkete klubb er på nedre siden av veien, de holder det gående til klokken 0300. Tre av fire lamper på rommet var ødelagte. Alt fremstår halvhjertet og veldig budsjettert. Alt er kuttet ned på og mangel på ansatte er kritisk. Til tider var det lugubre personer i foajeen som jeg vet ikke bodde på hotellet. Det er tydelig at det er vart et uheldig eierbytte her. Dette blir mitt siste besøk til dette hotellet.

Great location, no fuss stay
Pros:

Excellent location to city centre and waterfront

Cons:

The staff (when visible) were not the friendliest, we were also not permitted into the hotel bar during a EUROs match inless we paid £40! Which we felt was outrageous as the bar is clearly advertised as part of the hotel amenities and should have been for residents
