Great central location and impeccably clean throughout. Thoughtful touches like complimentary water bottles on arrival and provided slippers made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage securely in a locked room after check-out, which we really appreciated.
The bed felt a bit worn and could be more comfortable. Additionally, the surrounding area seemed a little rough at night, although it is expected when you are close to the station.
Die Lage nahe Termini ist super, um zu Fuß oder mit der Metro/Bus ins Zentrum zu kommen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés im Umkreis des Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Zusätzlich gab es eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee und Snacks.
Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und die Fenster waren nicht sehr schallisoliert. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber wer lärmempfindlich ist, könnte sich daran stören.

In early December, we used the services of this hotel. In general, everything is absolutely wonderful!
The location allows you to visit all the important tourist attractions of Rome on foot. If you need to use public transport, then the main railway station is nearby: metro, buses, trains.
The hotel does not have many rooms for guests, so after a "hard")) tourist day, you can have dinner, drink delicious coffee or tea in complete peace, almost without encountering anyone, for example, in the kitchen.
Thank you to the owners of this hotel for the fact that they add everything for this in the kitchen as a free service. A large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and a large selection of everything you need to eat and relax. Shower cabin, individual slippers, bottled drinking water and an energy bar were not superfluous.)
The hotel room is absolutely clean and every day work is done to maintain cleanliness in the hotel and in the hotel rooms.
A beautiful Roman courtyard adds positive moments while staying at this family hotel.
Since we booked this room in advance and arrived in the so-called off-season, the price was very reasonable, besides there weren't many people in the city and that was a big plus. But in the main tourist places there are a lot of people. For example, to get into the Vatican museums you had to stand in line for more than an hour! One can only imagine how much time it takes to get there during the peak of the tourist influx!
Even in winter, a trip to Ostia is a good opportunity to see the wonderful Roman coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, see the wonderful town of Ostia (a satellite city of the great Rome), eat a delicious croissan
The only thing we didn't understand was that the heating was turned off at night and the dryer in the bathroom didn't dry some things that we wanted to dry a little. The room was warm enough even at night. It didn't bother us too much, but maybe the hotel owner will pay attention to it and think about this issue, if possible.
